Solar System For Labour Camp

3 KVA Solar Labour camp system designed for a backup time of 14-15 hours with charging time of 12 hours for average connected load of 1 K.W. (with 325 watt solar P.V. modules : 08 nos , 200 AH solar deep cycle batteries : 08 nos, 3 KVA Solar Hybrid Inverter with inbuilt charge controller : 01 nos , A.C. Energy meter : 01 nos , mounting structure , interconnecting cables with ACDB )

  • The system includes one number 3 KVA solar hybrid inverter, eight nos 200 ah solar deep cycle batteries, eight nos 325 watt solar p.v. modules/panels, and remaining accessories
  • It’s designed to provide backup for around 15 hours with charging time of 12 hours for a load of  1 k.w. – connected in labour camp
  • It’s autonomously providing supply for labour camp consisting of around 100 labours at various sites
  • This system would save fuel of around 18,50,000 /- for a period of 36 months (project time frame) in a single labour camp.
  • After completion of the project, these systems can be shifted to some other project as the lifetime of this system would be 20 years with no / negligible maintenance cost.
  • In the case of severe cloudy climate, there is provision for charging batteries through external power supply also (if required).

1 KVA Solar Weighbridge system designed for a backup time of 15-16 hours with charging time of 10 hours for connected load of 250 watts (with 325 watt solar P.V. modules : 03 nos , 200 AH solar deep cycle batteries : 02 nos ,1 KVA Solar Hybrid inverter with inbuilt charge controller : 01 nos , mounting structures , interconnecting cables and accessories )

  • The system includes 03 nos 325 watt solar p.v. module/panels, 02 nos 200 AH solar deep cycle batteries, 01 KVA solar inverter with charge controller, all other accessories
  • It’s designed for backup of 18 hrs with charging time of 12 hrs for a load of 250 watts
  • It would save fuel of around 5,20,000 /- for a period of 36 months (project time frame) for one system.
  • It also saves the cost of a cable when weighbridges are placed in long distances, especially in crusher areas and also it saves fuel charge of dgs which would run only for dispatch of aggregate during Sunday afternoons / on the days when there is no production in crushers.
  • After completion of the project, these systems can be shifted to some other project as the lifetime of this system would be 20 years with no / negligible maintenance cost.

Solar System For Lightning at Laying Sites [for Paver Mounted Solar System]

  • The system includes 02 nos 325 watt solar panels, 02 nos 200 ah solar deep cycle batteries, 04 nos 50 watt d.c. luminaries, 01 nos mppt charge controller mounted on paver itself.
  • It’s backup time is 15 hrs with charging time of 10 hrs and luminous flux produced by it is 28,000 lm.
  • It would save fuel of about 4,80,000 /- for a period of 36 months (project time frame)
  • It mainly eradicates the problem of shifting light mast, as paver progresses and also it can be used for any maintenance purpose without any external dg set.
  • Even when there is no paving at the site, these lights mounted on paver can be operated for any security reasons.

Terms

  • Solar P.V. modules which will be supplied are of WAREE / VIKRAM SOLAR / ADANI make with an average specific yield of not less than 4.5 KWH / K.W.p / DAY (as per insolation at the site)  and all these panels will be coming with a warranty of 25 years.
  • LED luminaries will be coming with 2 years piece to piece replacement warranty (rather than repairing old one).
  • Solar Deep Cycle batteries will be coming with calcium coated tubes which will perform 10 % better during charging-discharging cycles and will be coming with more life of at least 15 % compared to other batteries and they will be coming with a warranty of 36 months (with piece to piece replacement) without asking for any depreciation charges for old batteries.
  • GST as applicable on all systems.
  • Freight as per actual charges.
  • Payment 100% at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery within 15 days from the day PO issued.
